Delivery & Storage

Helping chocolate arrive in good condition

Practical guidance for delivery preparation, warm weather and storage after your order arrives.

01

Protective packing

Orders are prepared to reduce movement and help protect product shape during dispatch.

02

Warm-weather awareness

Chocolate can soften in high temperatures. Delivery timing and local conditions may affect the pack temporarily.

03

Cool, dry storage

Store products away from heat, sunlight, humidity and strong odours after delivery.

After delivery

Let softened chocolate rest

If a bar feels soft, keep the sealed package flat in a cool room. Avoid rapid temperature changes and unnecessary refrigeration, which can create condensation or surface bloom. Always follow the instructions on the physical package.
